Return Policy
You can request all items purchased from us to be returned within 14 days of dispatch of the items using the contact form.
The condition is that the items must be in their original packaging, unused and not soiled. Your return request will be checked by us in the first step. A return without a response from us will be rejected.
If you are not satisfied or have ordered the wrong item:
If the items are still in their original packaging and undamaged, but the customer does not like them, then a return is possible. The burden of proof by means of a tracking number and the shipping risk to our returns department must be borne by the buyer in all cases. Important: In the above situations, only a voucher will be issued. A refund of the purchase price is not possible.
In case of complaints:
If you discover one of the following problems after receiving your shipment (non-receipt, transport damage, wrong delivery, defect during use), you can report this, including evidence, via the contact form. If the damage is attributable to us, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.
